Who we are
SERP is provided by Bülent Dayıoğlu. This policy covers the iPhone/iPad app and this support website.
Game data
SERP works offline and does not require an account. Progress, stars and settings are stored on your device, not sent to our servers. The app contains no advertising, analytics SDKs or tracking.
Backups and deletion
Depending on your device settings, Apple backups may include app data. Reset progress in Settings to erase game progress; delete the app to remove its local data. Existing backups are managed through Apple settings.
Support emails
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use these only to answer your request and retain correspondence only as long as needed to resolve it or meet legal obligations. Do not send sensitive information. You can request access or deletion using the address below.
This website
We do not use ads, analytics tools or tracking cookies on this site. When hosted on Cloudflare, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP addresses for delivery and security. Clicking our support email link opens your email provider.
Children and changes
The game does not ask any player for personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If our privacy practices change, we will update this policy and its revision date.
